Grand Tres Kitchen honors the tradition started by my grandmother and mother, who lovingly made tortillas and salsa for our family. As the third generation, I now carry forward that same love and tradition for our family and for all to enjoy.
Our tortillas and salsa are still made the same way: simply ingredients, handmade, and full of love.

My grandmother and mother made tortillas and salsa with love for our family, and those moments in the kitchen became everything to me.
As the third generation, I'm proud to carry that tradition forward–sharing it now with the fourth and fifth generations.
Some of my favorite memories begin at my grandma’s house—walking straight into the kitchen for hot tortillas fresh off the grill, melted butter soaking into every bite.
That same love is in everything we make today.
